Lodging, package plan and special event gift certificates make an ideal present for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and retirements.  Custom-printed certificates are personalized for the recipient and can be mailed to the purchaser or directly to the recipient.  Please call Joan at (804) 829-2480.    

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

The special event reservation policy requires a full-payment deposit by check, money order or credit card.   Reservations will be held for five days, providing time for check and money order deposits to be mailed to Piney Grove.  Credit card deposits will be confirmed with an e-mail, to which must be replied, to finalize and confirm the reservation.

The cancellation policy requires a thirty day advance notice for a full refund.  Refunds will be made, less a ten percent handling fee, for reservations cancelled more than thirty days before the reservation date.  If a reservation is cancelled less than thirty days before the reservation, a refund, less a ten percent handling fee, will be made only if the reserved space is re-booked.

We thank you for your understanding of our reservation and cancellation policies:  They insure that the limited number of spaces at Piney Grove special events are actually enjoyed by guests, rather than remaining vacant.
