REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT

Arrivals may be made between 4 and
6 p.m.: Earlier or later registration is available upon
request in advance. If you arrive before 4 p.m. without
advance notice you may find that we have escaped to run
errands. Please register at Piney Grove - the white
house with red roof as you enter the drive. Check-out is at noon:
Arrangements may be made for later check-out in advance.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
|
Special dietary needs should be
brought to the attention of Piney Grove at the time a
reservation is made. Please let us know if you would like
to order flowers, gift baskets or a celebration cake (additional
charges will apply).

OTHER IMPORTANT FACTS
|
|
There is no smoking allowed in the
historic buildings of Piney Grove, although smoking on the grounds is
permitted. Pets are not permitted at Piney Grove.
Well-behaved children are welcome, although parents/guardians are
required to closely monitor/supervise their behavior in the unfamiliar
historical and natural environments of Piney Grove. Piney Grove
reserves the right to request any guest or party to leave the property
if their behavior, in the opinion of the staff of Piney Grove, threatens
their own well being, or the safety of real or personal property of
Piney Grove: Refunds for guests requested to leave will only be
made if the accommodations are re-booked.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
|
The reservation policy requires a full-payment deposit by check or money
order. Reservations will be held for five days, providing
time for deposits to be mailed to Piney Grove.
The cancellation policy requires a thirty day advance notice for a full
refund. Refunds will be made, less a ten percent handling fee, for
reservations cancelled more than thirty days before the reservation
date. If a reservation is cancelled less than thirty days before
the reservation, a refund, less a ten percent handling fee, will be made
only if the reserved room is re-booked.

They insure that the limited number
of accommodations at Piney Grove are actually enjoyed by guests, rather
than remaining vacant.
